4 oz Kombrewcha Mango Pineapple
2 oz White Rum
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 ¾ oz Coco Lopez
2 oz Mango Puree (blend 1 fresh mango with a splash of Coco Lopez), save a small slice for garnish
3 Basil Leaves (Thai basil, or any basil), save 1 leaf for garnish
Shake all ingredients in a tin, with the exception of the Kombrewcha Mango Pineapple. Add Kombrewcha to tin and strain through a mesh strainer into a wine glass or hurricane glass (something large) over just a few cubes of ice. Garnish with a slice of mango and a small leaf of basil.
