2 oz Kombrewcha Blood Orange
2 oz Gin
¾ oz Fresh Lemon juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup
¼ of a Persian Cucumber (or any cucumber) sliced in rounds,
save 1 slice for garnish
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters (optional)
Shake all ingredients with exception of Kombrewcha and a slice of cucumber in a tin with ice. After shaking, pour measured Kombrewcha Blood Orange into tin, and pour all through a mesh strainer over fresh ice in a tall Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
